Fantastic 7 story building. Located in the middle of it all. Walking distance to almost everything. Conveniently located between the Broadway and 15th Ave shopping districts. Just blocks from Volunteer Park, major bus routes, and Grocery. My apartments are a combination of hardwood and carpet. They have energy-efficient windows. Each apartment has a $75 utility fee that covers W/G/S hot water and your heat. You just pay a small electric bill. We are cat-friendly with a modest deposit. No dogs. We offer the roof deck to all tenants at all times. It is truly an amazing view of the city. We are the second tallest building on the hill giving us unobstructed views.
